Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once our warehouse confirms the item's condition.
